At Freon Online, we want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. This Refund Policy explains return eligibility, how to report an order issue, and what happens after an approved return.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Submitting a request does not automatically authorize a return. Because refrigerant cylinders are regulated goods, you must receive written approval and return instructions from Freon Online before sending any product back.

1. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return only when all of the following conditions are met:

• You contact Freon Online within 30 days after delivery.
• The cylinder is unused, unopened, and has not been connected to any equipment.
• The original seal, label, cap, packaging, and included materials remain intact.
• The product is in the same condition in which it was received.
• You provide your order number and any requested photos or information.
• Freon Online approves the return in writing before the product is shipped.

Proof of purchase from Freon Online is required. Products purchased from another seller must be returned through that seller.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For product-integrity, safety, and regulated-shipping reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened, used, partially used, discharged, or refilled cylinders.
• Cylinders with broken seals, altered or missing labels, missing caps, or signs of tampering.
• Products that have been connected to equipment or exposed to contamination.
• Products damaged by improper storage, handling, installation, transportation, or use after delivery.
• Products returned without prior written authorization.
• Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, appears defective, or differs from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Do not discard the cylinder, shipping carton, labels, or packing materials while the issue is being reviewed.

Please provide:

• Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Photos of the product, cylinder seal, label, packaging, and shipping label.
• Photos showing visible damage or leakage, only when it is safe to take them.

If a package is leaking, severely damaged, or otherwise unsafe, do not handle, move, or return it. Keep away from the package, follow instructions from the carrier or local authorities, and contact Freon Online for assistance.

If we confirm that an incorrect product was shipped or that an eligible product was defective or damaged in transit, we will provide an appropriate resolution. Freon Online will cover approved return-shipping costs when the return results from our error or confirmed transit damage.

4. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us: Email Support@FreonOnline.com with your order number, product name, and reason for the request.
2. Wait for review: We may request photos or additional information to determine eligibility.
3. Receive authorization: If approved, we will provide the return address and any required packaging, documentation, and carrier instructions.
4. Follow the instructions: Use only the authorized return method. Do not send refrigerant cylinders through an unapproved carrier or shipping service.

Returns sent without authorization, sent to an incorrect address, or shipped without required documentation may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.

5. Customer-Choice Returns

Customer-choice returns include situations where you:

• Ordered the wrong product.
• Selected an incompatible refrigerant.
• Placed a duplicate order.
• Changed your mind after ordering.

The product must still meet every return-eligibility requirement in this policy.

For an approved customer-choice return:

• You are responsible for approved return-shipping costs and any regulated-goods handling charges.
• The original $30-per-cylinder outbound shipping charge is non-refundable.
• No restocking fee will be charged if the returned product fully meets this policy’s requirements.

6. Return Shipping

Refrigerant cylinders may be classified as regulated or hazardous materials for transportation. A standard parcel return label may not be sufficient. Returns must comply with all applicable packaging, labeling, documentation, and carrier requirements.

Freon Online is not responsible for unauthorized returns, packages sent to an unapproved address, or any loss, damage, penalties, or additional charges resulting from failure to follow the provided return instructions.

7. Inspection and Refunds

After an approved return is delivered, we will inspect the product and notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

A refund may be reduced or denied if the returned product:

• Does not match the product or condition described in the approved request.
• Arrives opened, used, damaged, contaminated, incomplete, or with altered labels or seals.
• Is missing original packaging or included materials.
• Was returned without authorization or contrary to the provided instructions.

If an approved refund has not appeared after your payment provider’s normal processing period, contact your bank or card issuer first. You may then contact us for additional assistance.

8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges for refrigerant cylinders.

If you need a different product, request a return for the eligible unopened item and place a new order after confirming compatibility. New orders are subject to current pricing, availability, shipping charges, and purchase-eligibility requirements.

9. Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be recalled or treated as canceled. Any eligible return will be handled under this policy.

10. Rights Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If applicable law requires a different outcome, Freon Online will comply with that requirement.

This Shipping Policy explains how Freon Online processes and delivers orders placed through FreonOnline.com. Refrigerant cylinders are regulated goods, and carrier, address, and destination restrictions may apply.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $30 per refrigerant cylinder:

• 1 cylinder$30
• 2 cylinders$60
• 3 cylinders$90
• Each additional cylinder+$30

The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Accessories, bulk orders, oversized orders, freight shipments, and products requiring special handling may have different shipping charges. Any adjusted rate will be displayed at checkout or provided in writing before the order is accepted.

Processing and Delivery

Eligible in-stock orders generally ship within 24 hours after order acceptance on business days.

Orders placed on weekends or United States federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Estimated transit time is 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Additional processing time may be required for:

• Payment or fraud review
• Address verification or correction
• Certification or employer authorization
• Bulk or freight arrangements
• Regulated-goods or special-handling review

Weather, federal holidays, carrier capacity, hazardous-material routing, remote-area service, address corrections, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.

Shipping Area and Address Restrictions

Standard refrigerant delivery is available to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.

We do not provide standard delivery to:

• APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
• Alaska or Hawaii
• Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands
• Guam or American Samoa
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Federated States of Micronesia
• Marshall Islands or Palau

Delivery to these locations requires written approval before ordering. Availability and shipping charges must be confirmed with Freon Online Customer Support.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address that is eligible for regulated-goods delivery. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing begins and might not be possible after dispatch.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is provided after dispatch. A tracking number may be created before the carrier completes its first physical scan, so tracking activity might not appear immediately.

A signature, adult recipient, or authorized business representative may be required. The customer is responsible for ensuring that an eligible recipient is available when required.

Upon delivery, inspect the carton, cylinder, valve, seal, product label, and shipping label before opening or using the product. Keep all packaging and shipping materials until the order has been fully inspected.

Damaged, Leaking, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

Do not use or return a cylinder that appears damaged, leaking, unsealed, altered, or unsafe.

Keep the cylinder away from heat and ignition sources. Follow the applicable Safety Data Sheet, carrier instructions, and local safety requirements. Contact Freon Online when it is safe to do so.

When reporting a delivery issue, provide:

• Order number
• Tracking number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the cylinder, valve, product label, damage, packaging, shipping label, and batch code when applicable

Do not discard the product or packaging while a claim is under review unless safety instructions require otherwise.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but it cannot be found, verify the delivery address, check all receiving areas and authorized recipients, and review any carrier delivery photo. Contact both the carrier and Freon Online.

Replacement or refund eligibility is determined after the available delivery records and carrier findings have been reviewed.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address, inaccessible location, unavailable recipient, ineligible destination, or customer action, the customer may be responsible for:

• Original shipping charges
• Return transportation
• Address correction
• Storage or redelivery
• Regulated-goods handling fees

Any available refund is determined after the shipment has been safely returned and inspected.

Bulk and Freight Orders

Large-quantity and commercial orders may require a custom freight quote.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing begins. An order cannot be treated as canceled after it has been handed to the carrier.

Returns

Do not ship refrigerant back to Freon Online without written authorization and approved carrier instructions.
